Beer, Bar and I

Quaffing down the native beer

Existing in my own separate sphere

You breathed life into me; it helped me to unburden my bitter thoughts.

It was tough to save the fragile conversations because of my sheer desperation.

I drenched myself in the cold rain to wash off emotional stains.

All my efforts went in vain, like the water down the drain.

Darling! No one can adore you as much as I do.

But you pretend like you never knew.

Your voice is the song that saved me from my blues.

Pure grace is the trait I admire in you.

Honey! I am so into you.

I am afraid that I can’t turn back now.

I am lifeless without you!

I have pondered enough; writing this cue might be enough for you.
